Evan Anwyl
And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.Romans 8:28
Pastor Evan Anwyl brings a deep heart for people, discipleship, and restoration. His ministry journey has been shaped by hands-on church service, theological training, and many years of walking closely with individuals seeking healing, renewal, and spiritual growth.
With experience ranging from church-based discipleship and youth ministry to leading large-scale recovery and restoration programs, Pastor Evan carries both pastoral compassion and proven leadership. He has spent years teaching Scripture, developing curriculum, mentoring leaders, and overseeing ministry programs that serve hundreds of individuals and families.
Pastor Evan’s calling is rooted in the belief that lives are transformed not merely through words, but through faithful presence, sound biblical teaching, and genuine love for people. His ministry reflects a commitment to seeing hearts restored, faith renewed, and people equipped to follow Christ wholeheartedly.
My heart is for the lost—and for those who have fallen away.
I believe deeply in second, third, and even fourth chances. I believe no one is ever too far from the grace of God. In my own life, I know what it is like to start strong, to feel as though you are standing on the edge of something great that God is doing. I also know what it is like to fall away, to lose hope, and to believe that you have disqualified yourself from God’s calling.
There was a time when I truly believed I had blown it—beyond repair, beyond restoration, beyond usefulness in ministry. But God is merciful. He restores what we believe is beyond saving, and He redeems stories we think are finished.
I believe the true test of a man’s ministry is its fruit—the lives that are touched and transformed by the work of God. As Scripture says:
You are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read by all men; clearly you are an epistle of Christ, ministered by us, written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.2 Corinthians 3:2–3
In other words, the proof of ministry is not found on paper, but in people.
I believe I am coming into a place that already bears fruit—people who love God, who are faithful, and who desire to grow. This fruit is a testimony to Pastor Mike’s faithfulness and the work God has already been doing here. My desire is to honor that foundation, to serve with humility, and to continue shepherding God’s people toward deeper faith, healing, and obedience to Christ.
